A driver in Montana turned the simple act of exiting a car wash into a disastrous crash. The thing is, we can’t work out how they managed it - was it pedal confusion, did they genuinely think they could make the turn using that amount of steering lock, or something else?

To be fair, in the UK we would have a railing to prevent that kind of thing and why did the guy with the backpack just take a quick pic and not help them?
