I get around 7-8 city in my srt10 … highway (16ish) it gets better than my hemi ram from the same year!

18.7 mpg highway… well, that’s a surprise. I’ve managed around 18-19 mpg highway in my V12 SL… and it’s MUCH heavier. :P

if i had a dodge viper i would constantly be using all of the gears and all of the rev range. sitting still in traffic? revvity rev revv revvo. Motorway? slow down to 20mph in 1st and floor it. red line in each gear then get to 100 and slow down.

I thought true hypermiling people accelerate up to speed or even above and then immediately shut the engine off and coast down to a very slow speed before repeating the aforementioned?
