Here’s What 2017's F1 Cars Could Look Like With Retro Liveries
Not so long ago, Marco van Overbeeke created an amazing concept imaging what 2017’s Formula 1 cars might look like. It was published as the December 2015 cover story for F1 Racing magazine, and now Sean Bull has imagined what the 2017 mock-up would look like with classic liveries.
The major change for next season will be aero, with wider, lower rear wings and an arrow-shaped front wing with sharper edges and lines.
The new look certainly looks good with these fan-favourites, including the Mild Seven Renault colour scheme and retro 1991 Jordan 7Up livery.
Bull has also imagined a few of the more unusual liveries we’ve seen, like the Honda Earth Car design and multi-coloured Benetton B188.
