You do realize not everyone knows what it is, right? I know YOU are familiar with the Skyline, but to most people (myself included) it looks like a freakin Maxima.

The Skyline has very much run its course. I’ll get something else fun for next year!!!
He has a particular sense of humor that I happen to actually enjoy and find funny. Unlike that one guy that hates stuff about the Ford GT but loves his M5.
Right now the price is over 16k. You can get a R32 Gtr and R34 Gtst in Finland with that price. 2 cars instead of one

Every single comment on the Facebook post of this video is negative.. Can anyone please explain to me why so many people hate this guy? Personally I think Doug seems like a very likeable guy that makes good videos! Maybe if you only saw the skyline videos Car Throttle posts on Facebook you would get sick of hearing “my Nissan Skyline GTR” or something? Baffles me..
Mee too. He seems like a good, honest bloke who likes cars. Perhaps some people are jealous of his wealth and his history of cars.
Here’s what happens on Facebook. The people comment (angrily, but they comment), which tells Facebook that they want to see more of this content. So the next time I make a post, they see more of this content, and they get even angrier. It is often the same people angry, week in and week out. I blame Facebook’s algorithm — I get 90 percent positive comments on YouTube, Twitter, Jalopnik, CarThrottle, etc.
It’s also worth noting the Skyline has attracted some, er, less than savory characters. The Hummer never got any hate. I’m excited to move on from the Skyline and away from many “stereotypical Skyline fans.”
