This is a 518bhp V8 Mazda Miata, modified by the team at Flyin’ Miata. It has a 6.2-litre LS376/525 crate motor, and this is the customer’s first track outing with his new car. The YouTube description outlines the modifications:

The transmission is a T56 Magnum from Rockland Gears, and the rear is a Getrag unit from a Cadillac CTS-V. The suspension is AFCO, and the aero is a Car of Tomorrow wing with a big splitter up front. You can also get some glimpses of the 25 gallon endurance fuel cell filler on the back window. Tires are 275 Hoosiers on a 15x10 wheel.
The camera car has an almost identical drivetrain but is on smaller Toyo tires. The camera is directly under the intake so you get some pretty entertaining sounds.
