The New Audi TT RS Is Here, But It's Damn Expensive
Audi has continued its love for the legendary five-cylinder engine with the new TT RS - a 395bhp beast that could offer a budget option to bridge the gap between the R8 and TT S.
Completing 0-62mph in just 3.7 seconds, the RS could be one of the greatest bang-for-your-buck road cars on sale today. The new car is 26kg lighter than the previous TT RS, and has a top speed of 174mph.
These stats all sound great, but they come at a price. The TT RS comes in at £51,800 (or £53,550 for the Roadster), making it a chunk more expensive than its main rival - the 350bhp Porsche 718 Cayman S. The Cayman is priced at £48,834, making life very hard for Audi’s ultimate sports car.
Saying that, the Audi is much quicker than the Porsche, delivering truly supercar-esque acceleration in either coupe or convertible form. So, would you pay that bit extra for the five-cylinder howl, or take the safe option with the four-cylinder boxer Porsche? Comment below!

I wanTT
I’d just get a last gen 6 cylinder Cayman gts, or just the S if the gts’ prices have ballooned (which is probable)
