The New Ford Mustang Will Be A UK Steal At Well Under £30k
For the first time in 50 years, red-blooded petrolheads can now buy a UK-spec, right-hand drive Ford Mustang.
The all-new car is available to order now and - fitted with the entry-level 2.3-litre Ecoboost engine with 310bhp - will set buyers back just £28,995. For those of you after the authentic American muscle dream, you’ll also have the option of a 5.0-litre V8 with 412bhp, the price of which kicks off at £32,995.
The 2016 model year Mustang - prices remain unconfirmed - will receive a power boost to produce over 500bhp and 400lb ft of torque; it’ll be the most powerful naturally-aspirated production V8 Ford has ever made.
As standard, the new ‘Stang comes with a six-speed manual gearbox, 19-inch wheels, HID xenon headlights, LED rear lights, and a rear diffuser. As you can see from the document above, convertible cars add a premium of £4000. There are also 10 colours to choose from, including an alluring triple yellow.
The new Mustang is available to order now with first deliveries pencilled in for autumn this year. Here’s a link to the online configurator.
