This 'Unrecoverable' Toyota Supra Lies Half Buried On The Side Of A Hill In Japan
This poor old A70 Supra raises so many questions. How did it get there? Is it really as unrecoverable as they say? Just how many spiders are living in it…?
What is clear is that the stricken Toyota has been at this “undisclosed location” (somewhere in Japan) for some time - we’re thinking a good few years. It’s half buried in leaves and dirt, stripped of whatever valuable parts might have been left after the crash, and is slowly being reclaimed by nature.
We can see a roll cage, so naturally there’s speculation from Alexi that the driver might have been involved in street racing or drifting, which could have something to do with how the car got there.
Whatever the real story behind this Supra is, it’s pretty cool to see it up close, if a little sad.

When Shingo just bought a A70 Supra…
‘’Jamie Davis en route’’ haha
Seeing an A70 in that condition breaks my heart, it’s my favorite generation Supra :,(
Apparently the Supra is unrecoverable because over there in Japan they don’t use strong enough trucks that would be able to withstand the force of pulling the car up that hill. Or so I’ve read somewhere.
1.clean out the leaves
2.remove all doors and excess weight
3.take a murican truck and use the hook and hook it on good spot
To its old glory*
Or a good old Landy (Land Rover)
Murica.
Good ol Ram 3500 will get the job done!
INITIAL D INTENSIFIES
That’s pretty cool.
Cool, but I prefer the a60. Better styling.
Aww darn
Your telling me.. this guy went through all this work and his not going to get on his hands and knees and un-bury the hood to open it. Not a real car guy in this video!
