This 'Unrecoverable' Toyota Supra Lies Half Buried On The Side Of A Hill In Japan
This poor old A70 Supra raises so many questions. How did it get there? Is it really as unrecoverable as they say? Just how many spiders are living in it…?
What is clear is that the stricken Toyota has been at this “undisclosed location” (somewhere in Japan) for some time - we’re thinking a good few years. It’s half buried in leaves and dirt, stripped of whatever valuable parts might have been left after the crash, and is slowly being reclaimed by nature.
We can see a roll cage, so naturally there’s speculation from Alexi that the driver might have been involved in street racing or drifting, which could have something to do with how the car got there.
Whatever the real story behind this Supra is, it’s pretty cool to see it up close, if a little sad.

When it go from 90’s to a 360 spin down a mountain.
this one could recover it
I think it was that one time takumi drifted too hard
WHAT IS UNDER THE HOOD?
Lets get this more publicity until a legend with time and money recovers it!
NOOOOOOOOO ITTT WAS AN A70 SUPRAAAAAAA
Thats what happen when you lose a canyon duel in nfs carbon
People are commenting about trying to recover or restore it, but I think it’s pretty darn cool just leaving it exactly as it is. I love that it’s somewhat of a secret, at least the location. In the age of the internet, it’s rare to have hidden “legends” like this, something that gets talked about but never found, and that makes this Supra all the more unique and interesting.
This should be a barn find in the next Forza Horizon… with the actual mountain of course. (Turn 10 if you’re reading this pls make FH4 in Japan…)
Holy sh!t,that’s a great idea. Really adds some realness to the game.
if you remove the leaves and strip it out it will not be too hard to recover… just trace the original owner back and ask if you can have it
Have fun pulling it up that hill.
