Watch A Classic McLaren M23 Get Dropped From A Crane In Monaco
The Monaco Historic took place last weekend, and featured this rather unfortunate incident, where a classic McLaren M23 F1 car was dropped from around 30 feet in the air while being recovered by a crane
The incident took place during a safety car period, but rather astonishingly the race was restarted while the second recovery operation (after the McLaren was dropped) took place. Fortunately the drivers slowed in time but it caused a bit of chaos behind!

I always wonder how they repair these cars. Where and how do they get the parts for instance.
Handcrafted/builded, probably.
If they run out of the small amount of spares that they builded back in the day, everything will have to be handbuilded again. Sometimes if one of the cars its damage beyong repair they will remove the parts so that they can be used in another car, sometimes they will also remove the engine and every other parts and will leave only the shell of the car to put into a museum. Thats why you don’t see extremelly rare racing cars doing classic races sometimes, or super rare street cars like the Shelby Cobra or the Ferrari GTO driving on the street. If you break anything in those cars there is a big chance that the repair bill will cost more them the entire car.
Kill them…
KILL THEM ALL FOR THIS ATROCITY!
is that how your supposed to pickup an f1 car
“Sunday afternoon has never looked so good”
The car: “LOL.. Wait a sec. 😂”
