Just how realistic are modern racing games? Very, if this one's anything to go by
Most racing games these days place a big emphasis on realism, but just how true to life are they? Well, if you're playing the little-known PC racing sim Assetto Corsa, pretty damn close.
This intriguing video features on-board footage of two Lotus 2-Elevens lapping Silverstone's International Circuit in unison: the one on the left-hand pane is a virtual 2-Eleven in the game, and the one on the right is a real car taking part in a track day. The two are spookily similar, aren't they?
