YouTuber's Lotus Elise Recovered By Police After Armed Car Jacking
Having had his distinctive Lotus Elise Club Racer stolen at gunpoint last night, YouTuber Seb Delanney reported that the car has since been recovered by police
It was only a few hours ago that we reported YouTuber Seb Delanney’s car jacking in Paris, but already the car has been found. The 19-year-old posted on Instagram to deliver the news that the distinctive matte black Elise Club Racer was recovered not long ago, and is currently with police.
Not long before, the car had been spotted at a petrol station in Villiers-le-Bel, just north of Paris. Describing the incident on Snapchat this morning, Delanney said: “last night my car was stolen. Myself and my friend Josh were held at gunpoint and had to run with a guy pointing a gun at us through Paris.”
The condition of the car is currently unknown, however Delanney and his passenger escaped the car jacking ordeal uninjured.

good to see your car is back! as fellow Elise owner I was deeply upset reading this. What an idiots, try stealing a car that isn’t a headturner and photograph at most traffic lights. BTW: I found out there are less then 40 of my Elise model in Europe and less then 40 with same colour. I guess yours isn’t much different. Stealing doesn’t make much sense, there are more Ferrari’s around!
TIL: Get a loud exhaust and a distinctive colour scheme for your car and make it popular on the internet. It will be very easy to find in case if it’s stolen. Ooooooor just get a Disklok. :P

Not much a disklok can do when someone’s got a gun to your head, you comply, and that’s that.
He does have a really loud exhaust.
Or get a tank. People may want to steal it, but they can shoot at you you all they want, you will be just fine. And they are quite distinctive.
I’m not a big fan of Seb, I’m subscribed to his channel, watch a few of his videos but I don’t go out of my way to watch them but when I saw on CT his car was jacked I felt so bad for the guy. I’m really happy his car was returned and I’m actually waiting for him to post a video about this whole ordeal. I can just imagine the emotions he is feeling and has been dealing with over the past 24 hours. Now let’s just hope the car is in a good condition, or at least good insurance
this. People may not like him, but at the end of the day, he hasn’t done anything to you and he definitely doesn’t deserve to have his car stolen.

He’s bought this car second hand and this is the car’s original colour (not even wrapped) wiseass. Before he didn’t even have a car apart from his parent’s Twizy and old E-class to get around…
