I'm waiting gor the freaks, who put a huge turbo in the Ecoboost Mustang. People already made this with Imprezas and Lan-Evos, which both have 4-pots. So why not with the 2.3?
because reliability and durability begins to go downhill exponentially once you pass 200hp/1L of displacement. And I bet they’d always make more hp by strapping 2 big turbos to a 5.0 compared to a single big turbo on a 2.3
Sure, but I think the 5.0L should be Non aspirated. And when they want more V8 Power they should buy the GT350 (N/A). And when they want a real the best, they have to wait. I hope Ford will make the GT500 in 2017, because then they can celebrate the 50th anniversairy of the legendary Big Block snakes. At the beginning the put 427 in them. That should be done again. Also there was the GT500 super snake with 427cui AND Paxton Supercharger. So 2017: Shelby GT500 427 with supercharger!
