Top 5 Bargain performance cars on AutoTrader for less than £10,000 + a bonus car #Blogpost

Always wanted to find your dream drive for the smallest price? Well i’ve found 10 examples that may catch your attention.
The following Cars are all up for sale on Auto at the time this post is published.

Anyway lets get on with the cars!

Fiat 500 Abarth: £5,800

First i’d like to start off with a small and fun hatchback that is easy to drive as a daily. That would be the Fiat 500 Abarth that debuted in 2007,this one advertised for £5,800 is a steal! Its 1.4 Turbo gives you enough power to make dreary days that bit more fun…

Ford Mondeo ST200: £2,000

As we have heard from staff member Michael Fernie, the Mondeo ST200 is a legend in its own right and it has the styling and sound to back it up. Equipped with a 2.5L V6 engine it produced 200PS through the front wheels, with the roaring V6 up front this is a massive bargain for first time sports saloon buyers. But remember as time goes these will appreciate in value so you’d better get one now before the prices rise so that it will be a good investment. The car itself has been advertised to have only done 76,000 miles on the odometer so everything should be in fairly good condition.

Toyota Supra Twin Turbo: £9,990

On the edge of the £10K budget is a stock (yes a very stock) Toyota Supra Twin Turbo and having done 96,000 miles on the odometer is going to be in a fairly good condition. With the demand for Twin Turbo Supra’s this is probably a very reasonable price and with the fame it recieved from the Fast and Furious Franchise prices will only increase… And since a lot of MK4 Supra’s are heavily modified a stock one is quite a rarity.

Audi S8: £7,995

Executive Saloons are hard to come by for a low price, but due to heavy depreciation a lot of them have dropped to astoundingly low value! This D4 Generation Audi S8 is a prime example, brand new this would’ve cost about £70-90K,but now you can get one for the price of a new Dacia Sandero. To add to its case it holds a 5.2L V10 boasting 450PS Through all 4 wheels using the standard Quattro AWD System howver since it is a luxury limousine you get one of Audi’s best interiors. There are though a few minor faults with the big Audi,it is listed as having a breakage of the intake manifold flap and a sizeable oil leak.
If you want a better condition S8 you will have to look for ones at about £15-20k. Despite its faults, they can easily be fixed and you will be able to enjoy Audi’s flagship Performance Limousine…

Honda S2000: £6,200

At £6,200 this is the best condition S2000 I could find and it is beginning to appreciate so it is best to get one now (looking at you Gabz.) They are very fun to drive roadsters and have the higest revving Honda VTEC Engine to date… The car is completely unmodified and it has only done 113k miles on the odometer.
All could be yours…

Bonus Car for less than £1,000-Toyota Starlet: £850

As a little bonus I wanted to see what kind of car you can get for less than a thousand pounds. So I looked and looked and amongst all of the Corsa’s and Ka’s I found a vvery good condition Toyota Starlet that has only done 21k miles on the odometer which is incredible for how old the car is. If done correctly it can turn into one of the best project cars ever as we have seen from CTzen and moderator Nissan 420sx and his slalom build Starlet. Or a great first car for young buyers!

Thank you for reading this blogpost of mine and I hope you can find what you wish for…

I used to own one of those V10 S8
I couldn’t get more than 15mpg out of it. Its also quite heavy and big.
Beware of that
But that V10 sound is amazing, especially if you put an aftermarket exhaust on it (stock they are not that loud)

Dang supras are so much cheaper around you than they are in america. Here a good one even in automatic goes for around $40,000+ which is about £38,000+

Well the Supra is RHD so that’s probably why it is cheaper but also because the Supra was sold in the U.K. Market as well…
