One thing, you say that you purchased it at an auction and then later said that you sued someone. They are two different things you said to two different people. Unless you can take a picture of the steering wheel with your Car Throttle name I don’t buy it.

Btw sued someone because they hit my mother while they were drunk and pretty much making her unable to do anything, but good sir what is your snapchat so i can send you a picture of my vehicle
