I heard the Ford GT and the Taurus SHO share an engine... or was it just certain engine parts... This is not a hate post, it's a joke, and I don't mean it.
I’m not too sure about that, though. The Ford GT is special in its own way. It screams “America!”.
I honestly dont care what engine it has.
As long as it handles good and very fast, I’m happy.
Yeah.
Any car with 675 hp, 500+hp per ton, a 200+ top speed, the lowest drag coefficient of a road car, 0-60 in under 3 seconds, and a limited production run of 1000 models is by any means a Supercar
Yeah, I know, I was joking. You know, comparing a supercar to a family car… to stir things up a bit. Please don’t kill me.
Fun fact: Ford loves to use its engines across many platforms. Qian Li is correct. Remember the early ‘90s Ford Taurus? Its 3.8 V6 was flipped around from being transverse mounted to power the ‘94-98 base model Mustang.
Oh, I see. I learned something new again. Thanks.
interesting i never knew about it until now
Yeah, Ford frequently shares engines in different cars, as CTzen Charles Keough said.

Well Corvettes, Camaros, Chevy trucks and vans and some Chevy passenger cars all share basically same engine with minor tweaks for each application.
Oh, I see.
Oh my god, I love it
Yeah, the Ford GT is awesome.
Well, in theory, it is an SHO’s engine with bigger turbos lol. No hate on that beautiful GT though.
Yeah, the GT is brilliant.
I’m just going to leave this here…
is this beauty what I think it is? The Lykan Hypersport?
