Why the Jaguar F-Type V6 S is better than the BMW M2 #blogpost

Ever since it came out, the BMW M2 has been getting glowing reviews by some top car publications. But I think a lot of it it undeserved. Okay, okay, it may be the best-driving BMW since the E-whatever (insert alpha-numerical name here) but there are some key things that one of its competitors absolutely trumps it on (this is NOT a Trump endorsement)

The Jag looks absolutely stunning!

Think about it, do you want to be seen in an economy-BMW, or a thoroughbred British sports car? I mean, look at that M2!

I personally believe the Jaguar F-type is the best looking modern car, and that Ian Callum is the best modern car designer. BEsides the F-Type, he’s penned some of the world’s most iconic and promising cars, Aston Martin DB7 and Jaguar XE for instance. His work is divine!

LISTEN TO THAT! Now go listen to the M2, doesn’t sound quite as stunning does it?

The seats

The F-Type can be optioned with racing seats with cutouts for your racing harness. The BMW? Nope! You’ll have to make do with the standard 2-Series seats with a tacky little ///M badge stitched onto it. Even the standard F-Type chairs are better.

It's faster!

Okay, whatever. 4.1 seconds to 60 may be too close to the M2 (4.2) to be considered, but it matters here! And faster=better!
