I've always thought about this. If there is a fast riced-out car, would the car actually be considered a sleeper since nobody expects a ricer to be fast?

I personally know a guy who has the most typical rice mobile… and you really don’t expect it to be fast,but then again it beats fairly many proper race cars around a track.
