11 Sports Cars That Only Come With Manual Transmission
Driving a sports only-manual car is sadly becoming harder, but not impossible. Here are 11 members of the Three Pedal Club.
1. Nissan 370Z Nismo
With a 350hp V6 engine, the 370Z NISMO is a perfect machine to drive the stick. Unlike lesser Z models, the NISMO is only available with a manual transmission, which can also rev-match for you.
2. Subaru WRX STI
If you want an all-wheel drive rally monster sedan with a manual, the WRX STI is the car you are looking for. A drive with the manual transmission and driver controllable center differential in a snowstorm will prove you right.
3. Dodge Viper SRT
The SRT Viper is only available with a manual transmission, but that isn’t everything, it is also one of the last cars left that you can purchase with more than 8 cylinders (8.4 litres of V10 fury) and still get a clutch pedal. Dodge has never really cared about sports car convention.
4. Ford Focus ST
Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 252hp, the Focus ST is one of the most powerful FWD cars available on the market. A six-speed manual is the only transmission choice for this car.
5. Ford Fiesta ST
Like the Focus, the Fiesta ST is whole lot of fun, partly because of its six-speed manual transmission – the only gearbox choice for this car.
6. Fiat 500 Abarth
The smallest and least powerful car on this list is the 160hp Fiat 500 Abarth. With a five-speed manual gearbox it is hard to find a car that is more fun to drive, especially with the filthy noises that spout from its dual exhaust.
7. Ford Focus RS
And if the Focus or Fiesta ST weren’t enough hot-hat Ford performance for you, there is also the RS. With a 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine making an unbelievable 345hp sent to all four wheels, the Focus RS is the perfect car for enthusiasts as it is only offered with a six-speed manual transmission.
8. Ford Shelby Mustang GT350
If you want to experience Ford’s astonishing new flat plane crank V8, you have to do so through a manual transmission.
9. Porsche Cayman GT4
With a 3.8 liter flat six inherited from the 911, the Cayman GT4 is only offered with a six-speed manual transmission.
10. Honda Civic Type R
This aggressively-styled, front-drive and turbocharged hot hatch is only available with three pedals.
11. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR is a serious performance car and, thankfully is still only available with a five-speed manual gearbox. It may stop being produced soon though. We will miss this car.
Can you come up with any other only-manual car?

Good list
The NISMO and 500 Abarth are both available with automatics, at least in the U.S.
The Civic Si and 911 R are manual only. Can’t think of any other vehicles off the top of my head.
911 R must be amazing with manual transmission actually
