1982 Volkswagen Golf GTI MK1

VW Golf GTI MK1 1.6.
Hi all here is my 82 1.6 GTI, the resto was done by previous owner which took him since 2000!! which obviously shows as it is mint!, not a single non-original part on her and even dealer fitted VDO gauges!! 89000 miles but full engine rebuild, new ancillaries etc… original interior never ripped or torn. The list goes on and on…
Since I have owned her i have changed the steering wheel centre boss to an original GTI embossed cover, added original rear tailgate decal (silver stripe) and original window winders, original window wiper, suspension top caps, repositioned GTI badge just to make it period perfect. Original showroom plates, period tax disc, GTI floor mats.

Garaged all the time. Does 30 miles a year to Shows and MOT.
