The Forgotten Cars. The Dodge Caliber SRT-4. #theforgottencars

This is only for the SRT-4 model of the Caliber. This unique build from Street Racing Technology. Has a 2.4l inline 4 turbo’d creating 285hp. Weighing over 3,000lb this hatchback can move. This was created to compete with the Golf GTI and Mazdaspeed 3. Now the horsepower is off everywhere as no one knows the correct amount. Same thing happened with the SRT-4 Neon.

I have only seen two of these. One went for sale for $7,000 and didn’t sell. It was a shame that Dodge only produced this model in 2009. It may look like a ricer but this is the ultimate sleeper. With a 0-60 being 6.3 seconds.

My friend’s sister had one. Rad thing, but torque steer is an issue, especially when built.

Those are referred to as “unicorns” due to their rarity and beauty. She’s highly desired in the Mopar community.

One of these went up for sale in my area a year ago and I still regret not pulling the trigger on it!

I have understood that Calibers’ built quality is horrible? Or have I misunderstood something?
