I don’t know much, but I’ll assume the 5.7 has higher overall power which will allow it to power through rough terrain. The 4.6 is obviously more economical and practical in the sense that it has less displacement, but that’s just my two cents.

There isn’t much of a difference you are only able to use a certain amount of power before you just spin the wheels. Look at the difference in torque as that is more important than horse power when off roading.
