1998 Toyota Corolla 130

My car is a 1998 model Toyota Corolla…it’s mostly stock except for some lowering springs, a lip spoiler, anti smash grab tinted windows and a 4000k HID kit . It also has two sets of 15inch mags and 13 inch steelies with wheelcaps. The engine is stock as I have been trying to get into good working condition as it is a high mileage motor. Interior wise, I have seats from the RSI 20 valve model and a steering wheel from a RunX. The car also runs a small sound system, consisting of a Sony headunit, Lintertec 4-band Pre-Amp, Pioneer super tweeters, 6x9 speakers and Co-Axials, 600w Sony 4ch Amp, 2000w Targa Monoblock Amp and a 1000w 12inch Pioneer Subwoofer…Future plans include an upgrade to a 1.6i vvt-i 20 valve motor and a 6 speed gearbox, rear drum to disc brake conversion and coilovers :)

Hey bro, I’m also from South Africa and I believe we own the same engine but different cars. I have the ‘04 Tazz 130. Fiited some branches to it as well as a complete stainless steel Powerflow exhaust all the way from the resonator. My engine’s also been rebored. But i really love these engines, they are quite underrated for a 1300 in my opinion.

Howzit brother, u are very right we do have the same engine the 130 2E motor…. What size exhaust system are u running (57mm or 63mm), I wanna change my system too. My motor is still stock for now, but even in stock form these motors are really peppy. Especially in 3rd gear
