Doing a full engine cleaning on my suzuki jimny 1.3 16v and im thinking of painting the rocker cover, any suggestions

You could paint the cover in the exterior colour (although that means it looks messy fast), or in a grey-ish/silver colour.
I was gonna paint it in the exterior colour but gold in a engine bay just doesnt seem too good to me, so i was thinking of painting it black matte
Buy a chemical degreaser and spray everything down, even the body work in the bay, then hose it all off after 10 minutes with a pressure washer, it’s gotten excellent results with that method.
Thanks man thats what i was gonna do, im gonna tape off the electrical connections and put foil over the alternator
Kawasaki green is a great color to accent stuff with.
