Baja mini-bike

Early in the summer of 2015 I adopted this fine piece of engineering. I payed a little under $50 for this, didn’t run and looked liked doodoo. The trails around where I live have either been developed by housing units or the locals have become yupi-pricks and call the cops about birds flying over head. In order to have fun on the weekends my friends and I have been ripping these around, aka grown adults acting like kids.
This one cost $300-$400 to make. Now my friend went insane mode on his and we estimate his cost $2,500+, I’ll have him post it sometime.

Since I’ve owned it I’ve done the following modifications:
-Renthal Bars
-Renthal kevlar grips
-Amazon special cnc throttle and tube
-Harbor Freight Predator Motor 112cc
-kx250 silencer w/ customized water and fittings pipes for a header
-trimmed fenders
-k&n air filter w/ adapter plate
-jetted the carb
-made a clutch/chain cover out of plastic laying around and zip ties
-some kind of bike seat and post for more of a dirt bike riding stance (its not comfortable at all, because race mini-bike though)

Next spring I’ll post some videos of the insane amount of fun we have on these things.
