I’ve got a question regarding modding my Peugeot 107
My 107 is pretty slow, so I was thinking of getting an open air intake.
My question is, do they really increase power and would it be a good idea to do on a 6 year old car?

Yes it does increase power, if only by a small amount. However, it does imrpove throttle response a noticeable amount and it improves gas mileage by a couple mpg
Don’t do it problem solve
Take it to a good tuner and they will perfect the intake length and match the tune but just doing it at home probably not
It’s simply not worth it to modify the engine

They don’t increase the power a lot, as this car only has 3 cylinders. However, it gives you an excellent throttle response and great sound. But I don’t think the MOT would like it
It would be could to buy a bigger turbo for my Aygo. Right now we are removing the EGR valve because it’s giving us problems (it’s a diesel)
