• V948 (Authorization Certificate) from the local office of DVLA containing official DVLA stamp, or, a downloaded eV948 hard copy.
Note that there will be no acceptance of forms shown via smartphone.
• An authorization letter provided by the Fleet Operators inclusive of a hire or lease company. The letter should quote the V5C document reference number.
You may have to give the third document in case the two documents that you provided to the store do not display your address.
