Adobe Premier, Sony Vegas, Final Cut. Those are the big three
I movie lol. I made a video 100% on my iPhone and uploaded it to YouTube. (Yes I am a pleb)
Final Cut Pro is what I use. It also comes with Motion which is a very helpful package and very user friendly.
Hitfilm 3 Express. Near-Premiere Pro levels of awesomeness, and don’t think the express in the name means it’s inferior, it’s nearly identical to the pro version, apart from some premo effects, The express version is surprisingly useful. Effects can also be bought in packs.
I appreciate the feedback I’ll look into them. I already have two videos and ten subcribers but I plan on making the next video a proper one so I need editing.
Windows movie maker
I heard that it comes standard with each laptop and that the quality is poor
If you’re not afraid to run Linux, KDEnLive is amazing. Otherwise Premier Pro and After Effects… Only two I have experience with.
Google Chrome also has some movie editor you can “download” as a browser app that’s actually pretty good.
Linux should work as long as you have the right processor. I’m not sure if you can get free and good in the same program.
I do a video editing, college level course. I can tell you that Premier and Final Cut are the best ones. iMovie looks tacky in my opinion (titles, transitions, etc)
iMovie sounds like its on an iphone which is a better phone but I think the other ones would be clearly better if they are meant for desktops.
