Personally i wanna start on a 250 or 300. To be specific a kawasaki
Honda msx
I would go for a KTM Duke 125. The CBR maybe got the look of a proper sportsbike, but it doesnt drive like one. You can take corners quicker on a KTM Duke and its probably lighter (didnt look that one up)
Is rc125 the same as Duke 125 but fully faired?
My first bike was a honda cbr600RR PC40. Its a pretty good bike, makes fun but needs much brain to drive
Nah BRO. U need a CBR1000RR
Well In my country you can make your license with 16years mit max. 125cc, I bought the cbr125 as a beginner. I owned it now for almost 2years and will expand my license in a few months to ride the “big bikes” (but limited). All I can say about the cbr is that it is very reliable, never had any big problems, Fast? It does 130km/h which is pretty alright for a 4stroke 125cc and you can also go to the twisties with it (of course you have to shift thousands of times and rev it all the way to redline in every gear to get good speeds), I know it looks very skinny especially the tires, so I just changed them to bigger ones. Personally I like when I do motorcycle trips and other bikes see that my bike is a 125 so they understand why I can’t go that fast
Are you live in Germany
Forgot to add: In my opinion those new 125’s like the rs4 125 or the yamaha r125 are likely poser bikes because they look like an r6 or rsv4 but are as fast or maybe even slower as my skinny cbr 125. For me it was a good beginner bike, had fun with it in the twisties did some decent trips and it never let me down. But the seat is very uncomfortable when you do 9hours of riding a day. :D
Im riding the 125 and its pretty cool, those points that vixhall said do seem to match the description
Suzuki gs500f is a great beginner or intermediate bike
