Car Throttle Coverage

This thread will be at the top of the feed all weekend so you can watch and follow all of the action.

Share the race moments and follow the action with our Motorsport community: www.carthrottle.com/motorsport/

Both Matt and Alex from Team CT are at the event this weekend. We’re Snapchatting live from the circuit - Point your snapchat camera at this image to add us (or add “carthrottle”).

You can have a look at their journey down to France and follow their updates from the event on Instagram: Alex, Matt

Live Streams

Some CT users have posted some streams of questionable legality to the website with full TV coverage and commentary. However, there are quite a few “legit” live streams which I’ve embedded here:

Does anybody know who the commentators are for Radio LM right now? Both the guy with dark facial hair, and the blond girl seem very familiar.

It’s so cool knowing that there are a ton of us on this site sitting here watching this race together even though we’re scattered all over the world.

I’m sad to see Nissan’s hybrid system not working properly. Toyota is definitely my team, but with so much cool technology on the track it’s hard to not root for teams like Porsche and Nissan. But I’m glad Corvette is still Rockin & Rollin in the GTE Pro category. I’ll be torn next year when ford brings the GT to the field.

Goddamn Fox Sports has ruined the coverage. Neither the start or finish will be on Fox Sport 1. Both are on Fox Sport 2 which Time Warner cable wants more money for me to watch and it’s not even a High Def channel.

I’ve written the LeMans governing body urging them to drop Fox Sports for next years race and to use NBC Sport instead. They’ve done a great job with F1 and I don’t have to pay extra for another channel and it’s in High Def.

I would like NBC sports more if they didn’t cut to commercials every 5 minutes. That’s really my only complaint. The commentary and everything else is great.
