What country has the best car culture in the world?

I’d just say my town Weiisach here in Germany. There’s the development center of Porsche and more people work there than live in Weissach and a lot of them have a pretty cheap rented Porsche or they just take one of the concepts home over the weekend :) so traffic in weissach is actually a good thing :D

Australia or Japan

I say Canada. Yep, despite the fact that we can’t use them half of the year, we have one of the most vibrant car cultures of all, accepting all jdm, exotic and muscle like Canada and its immigration policy.

Sweden you can import everything and we used to build tanks such as the volvo 240, 740 and 940

i live in Pakistan.. talk about legality?! HAHA , i was 13 when i started driving car , (no accident until today), import any car, nobody’s gonna stop you, police wont ever chase you for going above speed limit, ricing, anti-lags,turbos all are acceptable, go wrong ways, side ways , no problem. Only the problem is.. all racers here are ricers! hondas riced everywhere! i literally hate FWDs, only 3 lamborghinis in whole country, 5 vettes and a challanger :D

I’d say germany, but we got REALLY strict regulations on what you can put on a street-legal car.
So, lots of new cars, but little modding (if the car’s supposed to be street legal).

I’m gonna agree with OP, there are large scenes for everything here, rat look, JDM, euro, race, slammed, there is only one problem and the reason it’s not the best here in reality is that car insurance is ridiculously high, and not just for young drivers, for everyone! It’s just were brought up with redicoulous costs so when it does get cheaper we think we are getting a good deal…… it’s a complete joke to be honest!
