Would an R32 Skyline be a good first car in Canada? I found one close to me for 7k, not lowered, manual and it's AWD so it's perfect for snow! Should i?

I wouldnt recomend it as a winter car, not becouse of handling, but becouse older japanase cars rust like hell, and its not worth it, if you dont want to learn to weld.

That’s an amazing car. I wish I could find a car that good and cheap in the U.S. I would buy it in a heartbeat

It won’t be as good in snow as you think, most of the power still goes to the rears. Unless you live in Vancouver area, you’re gonna have a bad time in the snow. Also, if its the first car you will own, I can pretty well guarantee you will get dinged for insurance like crazy and you WILL speed and get caught. Happens to all of us. If you get something more reasonable you won’t be quite as temped to speed, but you can have fun in just about any car you get.

This particular r32 looks neat as f**k. Probably the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen.
