Of course, I didn’t travel to 26 states and then did donuts in the streets so that I could figure out what their police cars looked like. All these images are according to Google, and I always picked the car / livery that seemed to be the most common. Sure, they may look different where you live - so feel free to post a picture in the comments.
This topic is actually rather interesting - the different cars which the states rely on, the different liveries, the different signal lights, and - probably the most interesting of them all - the different spellings of the word “Police”. To spice things up even more though, I’ve mixed in one or two “just for fun” examples…

In america near me we have 2015 dodge chargers
Here in Madrid, Spain, local police has 2 armoured MK3 Megane RS, but just for special events.

The Russian Police picture is old. It is when the police in Russia had a different name, which was Milicia, now it became the police.

Geographical location
I’ll be honest here, in Australia we don’t use the VE Commodore anymore, we use the VF (pictured), our cars are the same as NZ with exception of the livery, but above all else…. WE ARE NOT UPSIDE DOWN. I apologise for the blowup, but I’m not particularly fond of the upside down jokes
NZ still uses the VE and some random ones like the VZ, Rodeo, Navara and New Holland T5-95.
