BMW M44 - The 1.8l with 103 kW. Surely it might not be the most powerful, but I just love how the power is delivered. I personally don’t really like 4 cylinder engines, but that sure is an exception.

Everyone always forget the H22, I have a 20 year old prelude track car with 156k on it and it fires up on the button every time, still pulls like a train , even Clarkson loved it in the Accord ord type R!
