FA20 it has a low center of gravity and has great power potential after u turbo it
Iron duke 2.5 4 cylinder lol
The Mercedes M270 2.0 L , 381 bhp . Best 4cyl engine of the 21st century.
ej20, more reliable than the ej25 but the same fun. Low centre of mass, good torque for a 2.0 and a really nice soundtrack to boot.
What about the 4G63? Especially the version in the Evo 8 MR. 400bhp from a 2 litre, yes it’s turbo but that’s staggering thinking that is a factory car tune.
S14b25 350hp from N/A 2.5 4 cylinder… the sound is orgasmic
I know that most people don’t love Peugeot but i think engine informacije new 308 gti is great 270hp from 1.6. I don’t know how reliable it is.
SR20DET, the iconic engine found in the Nissan sx-series and the Nissan Sunny GTI-R
Renault’s 1.6 16v? No? Ok than no :(
Do bike engines count? Because in that case I would go for the 1300cc hayabusa engine. Highly overdemensioned, you could fit a turbo and nitrous and get over 500hp out of a stock engine. No need to replace the pistons, valves,…etc.
