The ‘Urban Assault’ Street Hoon Buggy Driver Is Being Taken To Court On 26 Different Charges
Back in January, a video of an LS-powered buggy driver’s massively illegal street hoon landed, breaking the Internet to such an extent that both of Kim Kardashian’s buttocks were immeasurably jealous. Many claimed the ‘Urban Assault’ video - now on 1.1 million views - was staged, a thought soon quashed when it turned out the police were investigating the driver’s antics. Now it’s been revealed that the pilot - Blake Wilkey - is being taken to court, for no less than 26 misdemeanor accounts.
Wilkey posted an image of the charge list on his Instagram account, revealing nine counts of conspiring to commit a crime, nine counts of reckless driving, and eight counts of engaging in a “motor vehicle exhibition of speed”. He seems fairly relaxed about his court appearance on Monday 14 March, but we should imagine the consequences for all those charges will be quite severe…

The World is becoming GTA …
That old guy using a brick phone. And the expression on his face. lol
Good thing is, he can pay for the lawyers and fees with all the youtube ad money. Win win! Lmao
if only these were legal in the uk..
You can legally drive a tank, yet a pre-runner buggy is out of the question, wtf?!
It’s sad. But I hope he had a lot of fun, while filming. :D
#Worththeshit
After SDPD said they will be using his video as part of the investigation, i knew they will put a ton of charges.
Maybe next time he will do the same legally.
SDPD is just trying to get revenue with the “conspiring to commit a crime” charges… what a joke
Wonder how many fines he’ll pay for the car simply not being street legal?
You can see the plate on it, it’s registered and legal, one of two reasons he got caught
It was obvious that he is going face charges because you can see the license plate.
That was the first thing i noticed
He would have gotten away if he had worn a helmet and blanked off his plates
Guy acts and drives like a douche tearing up private & public property would be a more proper name for the video
