1998 Subaru WRX STI Type-RA V-Limited
This is my 1998 WRX STI Type-RA V-Limited (#79/555). Being a Type-RA, it comes standard with a roof vent, DCCD, R180 rear diff, 4-pot front and 2-pot rear brakes, and auto/manual intercooler water spray. Also, being a v-Limited car, it came with the following special features:
•“Sonic Blue Mica” body color (paint code 74F)
•Front helical LSD
•‘97WRC champion emblem- FIA approved (on trunk)
•Serial number plate
•Cherry red Subaru logo on grill
•’97 WRC champion STI seats with embroidered anniversary logo

Nice job. It’s your own car. Did a reverse image search to check and it’s yours all right. Anyway, Nice car! And hows the Turbo lag? (I assume it’s got a Turbo)
Thanks guys. Turbo lag is very minimal. The car hits peak boost (1.2bar) at around 3100RPM. Type RA cars had the smaller VF24 turbo as opposed to the STI’s standard VF23 which reduces lag. It makes for a very fun car especially with the short gears!
