Welcome to a new regular feature on Car Throttle called "Car Cameo" . In this column we bring you the latest images and videos from around the web where cars have managed to make cheeky cameos on television, music video and film sets. It's no mistake that they get to show their beautiful faces. Product placement has become widespread as manufacturers and brands look for creative ways to get heard in an increasingly noisy advertising market.

If you're lucky or dare I say "unlucky" enough to be around Canary Wharf at 7 in the morning , you'll catch a glimpse of one of The City of London's greatest phenomena. Rush hour. This parade of sorts has in its ranks financial analysts, traders and executives who played varying roles in highly-publicised events you may remember such as "The Financial Crisis 2008", "The Financial Crisis 2009", "The Financial Crisis 2010" and "The Continued Financial Crisis 2011". It's safe to say that these commuting individuals form the bulk of Occupy Wallstreet's Hit List.

You'll either love or hate the Nissan Juke . But breed it with a GT-R and what you get is an absolute animal of a machine. That’s what Nissan have done. The Nissan Juke is far from being a normal car itself. That will be one of the very reasons people will love or hate in equal measure. However, if you reckon the Juke is a bit too tame, you’d best check out the Juke-R.

That's it . I've had it up to here (uses hand to point to top of head) with crappy, abysmal, distracted and above all dangerous motorway drivers.

According to my densely populated calendar, there are only 68 days left until Christmas 2011 . That's right, the time of the year when mince pies replace apple pies, X Factor gears up to catapult yet another newly-formed group to the top of the Charts and store-fronts look like they've been ransacked by "shoppers on steroids" is nearly upon us. Fantastic news , says your Grinch-esque author.

As the last rays of summer fade away , petrolheads can reflect on what’s been a great season for one particular genre: the convertible supercar. In the last few months, we’ve been treated to the Mercedes SLS Roadster, Lamborghini Gallardo Performante, Maserati GranCabrio S, Bentley Continental GTC, Porsche 911 GTS Convertible and of course, the long awaited Ferrari 458 Spider.

The Pagani Zonda may well be the Terminator of the automotive world . A bit silly, well loved, and despite repeated attempts to kill it off, you know ‘it’ll be back’. No-one’s actually sure if Zonda production has finally ceased to make way for the twin-turbo Huayra successor, but reports suggest this eye catching example may well be the last of the breed.

"Money affords exclusivity" . That's a saying which pretty much rings true in life with a large wallet able to open larger doors than many would think possible. So - if money was no object - why be content driving around in a luxury vehicle or supercar that hundreds if not thousands of others like you also own?

What is beauty? Can a car be beautiful? That's a question many of us car folk torment ourselves with night after sleepless night. The quick answer to that is yes, achieving a stunning facade can be created and the 2011 Honda CR-Z may have just completed that achievement.

Before the days of air intake sensors and automotive ECUs , modifications made to a vehicle in order to improve its performance required straightforward physical upgrades to components built into the car, truck, or SUV. (think hood scoops, narrowed rear-ends, wide tires).

As the small German city of Frankfurt enters its final three days of glamour and gloss in front of the eyes of the general public, the rush from the first Press Day on Tuesday 13th September has now finally worn off. And after an extremely tiring but fun two days in FF which saw my feet slowly morph into concrete slabs, I'm here to relive some of the good bits and some of the bad bits from the IAA 2011.

Frankfurt Motor Show 2011 saw a rush of media both print and online in covering the release of various manufacturer concepts; from the BMW i3 and i8 through to the Land Rover DC100. A car that didn't receive as much press however was Seat's IBL Concept but in fact this looks to be a promising break in Seat's DNA that should help it push the boundaries with refreshes of its current line-up.

Volvo is one of our most-loved manufacturers here at Car Throttle , and thus is comes as no surprise to us to find out that the Swedish marque is the fastest growing brand in the USA. Sales are up 21% in the first eight months of the year and Stefan Jacoby is extremely confident about where he sees Volvo heading.

To mark the end of their campaign with this fantastic looking vehicle, Wiesmann are planning to release a special edition Roadster MF3 which is what they had on display in Frankfurt this week.

As a car fanatic , it can be quite a challenge to find a car with all the right features. When you choose the car you want, there are many different premium options you should consider. If you are spending hours every day commuting to and from work, why not love the car you are driving?

You want exclusive ? Bugatti will give you exclusive. Not only have they repeatedly built the world's fastest car in the form of the Veyron 16.4 and then the Veyron Super Sport, but now the high flying brand have come out with the L'Or Blanc at Frankfurt, which is now the world's most exclusive car.

Where to start with Mercedes-Benz at Frankfurt ? Not only did they have a monstrously sized 3 storey building parked in the centre of Frankfurt Exhibition Centre, but they showed the world's press every single one of their vehicles and concepts galore. The first which we laid eyes upon was the C63 AMG Black Series, a magnificent looking car again in the eye-catching red candy paintjob. This car is the mean two-door racer variant of the already powerful C63 and is powered by a 6.2-litre V8 engine which cranks out 510bhp and 457 lb-ft of torque.

Over at the Ford stall , the Fiesta ST took centre stage as a hot hatch to watch out for when it hits the roads in the coming months. This is evidently a younger sibling to the Focus ST which also managed to get a RS version released due to its roaring success - I'm hoping that's a trend that will continue with the Fiesta too.

Whilst Porsche's seventh generation 911 Carrera was previewed last month , it finally made its worldwide debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show on Monday to a wash of the cream of the crop of the automotive journalist world.

Aston Martin highlights from their stand in Hall 5 included the worldwide debut of the Aston Martin Zagato and refreshes of current model lineups such as the Virage, V12 Vantage and DBS Carbon Edition Coupe which was seen in a shimmering orange paintjob.

I've always been somewhat of a Lamborghini fanboy . Maybe it harkens back to a time in my younger days when I would play with models of the then famous Diablo. Either way, I was excited as heck to witness a Lamborghini Press Launch for the first time ever, and the team from Sant'Agata did not disappoint.

Undoubtedly the image which made us long the most for Frankfurt , and which was probably viewed most on the world wide web, was that of the Ferrari 458 Spider. This is a vehicle which in coupe form has one multiple awards, and has in the space of a year, has become one of the most easily identifiable Ferraris to date. With accolades such as "International Engine of the Year", you know that the same engine in a slightly different looking beast is going to go down just great.

Alfa Romeo showcased the beautiful 4C Concept car at this week's 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show . The silver fox has already made its rounds on the internet and gossip columns, but in the flesh, it couldn't have wowed more. Not even the two booth babes standing evocatively around the car could peel our eyes away from the sweeping lines trademark Alfa "V" grille.
